About your Coach

Cirrus Tan

I have been coaching climbers for over 10 years. I have helped many climbers get stronger, more confident, and reach their climbing goals.

As a qualified Personal Trainer, I incorporate the importance of strength training into my climbing coaching philosophy.

I have also studied Sport Psychology to improve my understanding of the mental side of training and climbing.

I have competed nationally and internationally. I was National Climbing Combined Champion in 2019, National Lead Champion in 2022, and have competed in two Olympic Qualifier events in Australia.

Every client will have a personal strength training program to follow each month, and ongoing guidance/progress checks every week.
