How much climbing experience do I need?

Climbing experience of 2 years minimum is recommended. Usually climbers notice the most benefit from coaching after 2 years of climbing. This is because your body has gotten familiar with a new sport and you have built a good base.

Do I need a gym or equipment?

No you don’t! With My Next Program, we can get started with whatever you have access to. If you only have some space on a mat at home, that is fine. Don’t feel like you need a gym membership or have to get fancy equipment. Let’s start with what you have now.

Where are you based?

I live in New Zealand. All coaching is carried out online, so you can be anywhere in the world to work with me.

How long does each program go for?

This is dependent on your body, lifestyle, and progress. Usually your program will go for 8 weeks, with updates and modifications within that time.

Can I still train while injured?

Absolutely! There is always training you can do even with an injury. It can be a great time to work on your weaknesses, and come back even stronger!
